Adele Ferguson’s journalism awards include nine Walkley awards including the Gold Walkley for her Four Corners program Banking Bad, two Gold Quill Awards, two Gold Kennedy Awards, a Logie and the Graham Perkin Journalist of the year. In 2019 Adele was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM).

Adele Ferguson, investigative journalist at Fairfax Media, publisher of BOSS magazine, has already accumulated Australia's three top journalism awards for her investigation into the banking industry: the Gold Quill Award, the Gold Walkley Award and the Gold Kennedy Award. In May, she added a TV Week Logie Award for outstanding public affairs report for her "Banking Bad" report into the "profit at all cost" culture within the wealth arms of major banks.

The Logie Awards (officially the TV Week Logie Awards) is an annual gathering to celebrate Australian television, sponsored and organised by magazine TV Week, with the first ceremony in 1959, known then as the TV Week Awards, the awards are presented in 20 categories representing both public and industry voted awards.
